By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.


1. General Information

Deutsches Haus offers a curated collection of handcrafted German gifts including nutcrackers, smokers, incense burners, hats, ornaments, and seasonal collectibles.
These items often vary in color, wood grain, and finish due to traditional craftsmanship. Small variations are normal and not considered defects.

If you have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.


2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
During peak seasons (especially November–December), processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


3. Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

3.1 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered during checkout
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order.
If something isn’t right, you may request a return under the following conditions:

4.1 Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

4.2 Condition of Returned Items

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Returned with all accessories and components

Because many of our products are handcrafted collectibles, opened or used items may not be eligible for return.

4.3 Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will replace the item or issue a refund based on availability.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.

Orders will not ship until payment has been successfully completed.

  • Delays outside our control
  • Loss or misuse of products after delivery
  • Issues caused by incorrect installation, handling, or storage of products
