If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund your money
- no questions asked!
We will accept your return or exchange even if it's
only because you just don't like it, you changed your mind or for
whatever reason you choose! The only condition we require is that
if you are returning for these reasons, the item must be returned
in "store bought condition".
If you need to return a product, please contact
us so that we many assist you. Some items require special packaging
and handling to avoid breakage.
Exchanges and returns will be accepted within
30 days from the time you receive your order. Shipping
under these circumstances will be paid by you unless of course
you should receive the item damaged. If you have purchased a
fragile item and need to return it, we recommend that you insure
the package and enclose a copy of your receipt. (Your receipt
is your copy of the order confirmation we email to you or enclosed
with your package if you phoned in your order).
We do not accept returns on opened music cds.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for return
credit to appear on your credit card statement. Sorry, but we are
unable to refund shipping and handling charges unless you have
received the item damaged.

If you prefer to mail in a check, you may simply add your items to the cart and choose "To be Mailed or Faxed " as the form of payment. Your order will be received on our end and will be held until we receive payment. Payment by personal check
will take additional time for shipping as we need 10 business days
for your check to clear the bank.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal
Service via the shipping method you choose.

instances this may be even sooner. Please note that weekends are
not counted as shipping days. Express Mail orders are shipped the same day if received by 10am cst.
Your order is inspected and packed with care before
being shipped. A shipping notice will be sent to you on the day
your order ships to the email address you provided when you placed
We ship worldwide. Our International shipping rates are estimates only and may be subject to change. This can sometimes be due to packages getting into dimensional weights. We will contact you if this should be the case. Please note that you may be subject to import taxes duties and fees.
A note on First Class Mail International shipments:
If you should choose First Class Mail International as your shipping choice, a tracking number will be assigned to your package, but please be advised that this number is only traceable to the port where it leaves our country. Once in your country, the package is no longer traceable and the delivery time frame can vary greatly depending on the country it is being shipped to. We have seen some packages take just a matter of days and others up to two months.
Although this is one of the cheapest shipping methods, we would just like you to be aware that there are no guarantees nor will you be able to track the package once it leaves the USA.
